摘要
办学理念是办好大学的思想、精神和灵魂,它决定着大学的办学行为和发展方向。成熟的办学理念,是一所大学走向成熟的重要标志。要在激烈的大学竞争中脱颖而出,必须加强大学理念建设,加快学院发展步伐。要牢固树立“教学是教师第一天职、育人是办学第一使命、教师是办学第一资源、发展是办学第一要务”的办学理念,促进学院快速发展;要正确处理好规模与质量、学科专业建设与推进社会服务等五个重要关系,促进学院协调发展。
The notion of running a school, the thought, spirit and soul to run a school well, decides the direction and practice of running a school. A mature notion of running a school is a sign of a mature college or university. If we want to come into prominence it the competitive situation, we must strengthen constructing the notion of running a school and speed the developing pace of the university. We must deepen the notion that ＂teaching is the first profession for a teacher, fostering talents is the first mission of running a school, teachers are the first resource of running a school and development is the first task to run a school.＂ Thus the notion will speed the development of the university. We must also balance the relationship between scale of the university and the quality of running the university, the relationship between the construction of discipline and the promotion of the social service and develop the university harmoniously.
