摘要
利用惯性沉淀原理设计了一种柴油机PM排放净化装置,其净化效率可以达到55%,并利用FLUENT软件对其内部流场进行了数值计算。通过数值模拟计算找出了影响沉淀效率的参数有入口位置、入口速度和PM直径。最后利用试验验证了分析结果。
A kind of particulate clean device of Engine is designed by mean of the principle of inertia sedimentation whose sediment efficiency could reach 55%. In addition, the inner flow is simulated and its efficiency was calculated under the inlet position, the inlet velocity and the particulate diameter. In the end, the result is testified by experiments.
