摘要
通过对南京市中低收入家庭进行界定,分析目前的居住状况及住房困难的影响因素。在借鉴国外解决中低收入家庭的成功经验基础上,结合南京市的具体情况,分析了南京市经济适用房和中低价住房的利弊,提出了针对性的解决方案和设想,以满足中低收入者的住宅需求。
By defining the low income people in Nanjing in this paper, this paper analyzed their living condition and factors that obstruct them to buy houses. Based on lessons from successful experience of foreign countries in solving these problems, and combined with the circumstance in Nanjing, this paper analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of affordable decent housing and medium low price house in Nanjing .Some suggestions were given to meet the residential need of low income people.
