脑脊液VEGF蛋白检测在新生儿细菌性脑膜炎的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑脊液(CSF)血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)检测在新生儿细菌性脑膜炎(BM)的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测9例确诊新生儿BM患儿的12份CSF样本VEGF蛋白水平,12例排除新生儿BM患儿CSF作为对照。结果新生儿BM患儿CSF的VEGF蛋白水平明显高于对照组(185.66±28.95pg/mlVS142.39±24.85pg/ml,P<0.05)。CSF的VEGF蛋白水平与CSF的WBC计数和蛋白质含量均呈显著相关性(r=0.528,r=0.43,P<0.05)。结论新生儿CSF的VEGF蛋白水平增高有助于新生儿BM的诊断,CSF的VEGF蛋白检测有可能成为新生儿BM病情评估和治疗的实验室依据之一。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in neonatal bacterial meningitis(BN). Methods VEGF levels were measured by using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in the CSF of 9 patients with neonatal BM and 12 non - neonatal BM patients through undergoing routine diagnostic lumbar puncture. Results Mean VEGF concentrations in CSF were significantly higher in the neonatal BM group than those in the control group ( 185.66 ± 28.95pg/ml VS 142.39 ± 24.85pg/ml, P〈 0.05). The CSF VEGF levels had significant correlation with CSF WBC counts and CSF protein levels ( r = 0. 528, P 〈 0.05 ; r = 0.43, P〈 0.05). Conclusions It indicates that abnormal expression of VEGF is related to the diagnosis of neonatal BM, the CSF levels of VEGF might be one of the laboratory evidences for the therapy and evaluation of the state of the illness.
