摘要
企业战略与信息技术战略之间的对应是确保信息系统项目投资成功的重要前提,为有效地把信息系统领域的战略对应思想转化为量化模型,更好地支持企业决策,引入了网络分析法-层次分析法混合算法,模拟了企业经营战略和信息技术战略之间的双向对应及协同关系,分别借用Mile-Snow的经营战略模型和McFarlan's战略格理论代表企业战略和信息技术战略,提出了基于战略对应的信息系统项目决策模型,并通过实例分析与运算论证了这一模型的有效性。
To convert traditional strategic alignment model and idea to quantitative models so as to support enterprises' decisions, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) -- Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) hybrid algorithm was introduced, and collaboration between strategic alignment of enterprises and Information Technology (IT) strategy was simulated. Management strategy model of Mile--Snow and strategy grid theory of McFarlan were borrowed to represent enterprise strategy and IT strategy. Finally, an information system decision--making model based on the quantitative results of strategic alignment was put forward. The model was validated through computation and analysis of practical cases.
