摘要
采用数控技术改造传统机械靠模加工火炮膛线的方法,通过修改电子凸轮的控制参数以取代机械凸轮位置调整。即不同编号的电子凸轮对应Z轴上不同的机械位置,根据工艺控制过程,设置不同电子凸轮的控制属性,并通过光栅尺检测Z轴运动位置状况,产生中断信号通知系统控制程序完成其控制或直接产生控制。不同线型的膛线,只需重新调整相应的电子凸轮位置而不用调整其它机械开关,即可完成相关准备工作。
Using NC technology to change the methods of using traditional mechanical-pattern process artillery rifle, replacing to adjust the position of mechanical-cams by modifying the manipulative parameters. That is to say, different number electro-cam is accordant with the different mechanical position of axis-Z, on the base of technologic requests, set the property of every electro-cam, and check the current position of axis-Z through raster and generate the interrupt signal to notify the system control program to complete the control or direct ,Different type of rifles, only need adjust the position of electro-cam and need not adjust the position of mechanical-cam to complete the preparative work.
