摘要
对上海市薛家泓泵站立式潜水轴流泵模型泵装置进行了能量特性和空蚀特性试验,得出了叶片角0°和±2°时的能量特性和空蚀特性试验结果,探讨了不同消涡导流措施对潜水轴流泵模型装置性能的影响。结果表明,在各工况能量试验中泵装置运行平稳、无振动;隔涡板和导水锥两种消涡导流方案对泵装置能量特性无明显差异;泵装置空蚀安全裕量较大,在常遇扬程条件下运行不会产生危害性叶形空蚀;提出了减少立式潜水轴流泵装置流经电动机灯泡体、Γ形弯头及出口等处水力损失的措施。
A vertical submersible axial-flow pump device was adopted at Xuejiahong Pumping Station in Shanghai City. The energy characteristic and cavitation characteristic of the pump device at the blade angles of 0° and±2° were studied through model test, and the different measures for vortex suppression and flow diversion which affected the performance of the pump device were analyzed. The result shows that the pump device is stable in different operational cases and there is no harmful vortex occurring around the bugle mouth under the common lift head due to large net positive suction head of the pump device. In consideration of gravity drain function of the pumping station, an eddy-separating plate was used to replace the hydro cone in model test for choosing the best diversion scheme, and it is shown that there is no obvious difference in the energy response of the pump device between the two measures. Moreover, some measures are proposed for reducing the hydraulic loss of the pump device as water flows through the bulb body of the electric motor, joints, and outlets.
