摘要
文章结合试验台架,对径向滑动轴承在启动和运行过程中加速、加载时轴承温度变化历程特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在流体充分润滑状态下,由于热惯性作用,试验轴承由启动到达到热稳定温度需要700-800s.力口速且速度变化大时,温度变化显著,达到新的热稳定状态所需的时间也越长;相同转速下,载荷变化对轴承温度的影响较小,转速变化对轴承温度的影响大于载荷变化的影响。
The temperature of the journal bearing during start-up and the operation process with variation of working conditions is experimentally investigated on a special test-bed. Results show that it is about 700-800 s for the tested-bearing to reach its thermal equilibrium state during start-up under the full lubricating condition. The tested-bearing needs more time to reach its new thermal equilibrium state when there is a larger increase in the journal's speed, and the changing of the hearing's temperature is also more evident. The variation of loading has little influence on the temperature of the testedbearing at the same journal speed, and the effect of variation of the journal speed on the temperature of the tested-bearing is larger than the effect of variation of loading.
