摘要 在传统德育面临困境和挑战的情况下,结合高职教育的特点,利用潜在课程构建生活德育体系,可以补充显性德育的不足。利用潜在课程构建生活德育遵循开放性原则、民主性原则、建构性原则。在具体实施中,应明确育人理念,完善管理制度;营造健康向上的校园文化氛围;利用多种渠道,实现学生交际关系的和谐;重视校园环境建设,营造良好的育人氛围。 Under the situation that traditional moral education are facing with difficulty and challenge, combining with the characteristics of higher vocational education,the construction of life moral education system by potencial curriculum can complement the shortages of apparent moral education. The construction of life moral education by potencial curriculum should comply with principles of openness principle, democracy and constructlvism. In the implementation, school should clarify educational view and optimize management system, build healthy and positive cultural atmosphere, apply various approaches to achieve the harmony of interpersonal relation ,etc.
