摘要
在德国,要走上教师之路,必须进入综合性或技术性大学学习5年,通过两次国家考试,并接受继续教育。借鉴其师资培养模式,在我国高等职业教育的师资建设中,要提高教师素质,加强师德修养;促进教师研究教学实际,热爱本职工作;使教师跟上时代发展步伐,确立终身学习观念,不断更新知识。
In Germany, if students want to become teachers, they must study for five years in comprehensive or technological university, pass for two national exams, and accept further education. Referring its teacher cultivation model, the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational education in China should strengthen the cultivation of teacher morality ; promote teachers to study teaching practice and have passion to the work of teacher etc.
