摘要
多元化经营战略可以为企业提供更大的发展空间,为企业的发展开辟一条新路,一度被认为是企业发展到一定阶段的必由之路。但多元化经营是一把双刃剑,在给企业带来众多的好处的同时也会给企业带来风险。企业应该结合自身具备的能力和多元化经营的条件,来决定是否采用多元化战略。
Diversification strategy can offer larger development space for enterprise, and open up a new way for the development of enterprises. But diversification strategy not only can bringing many advantages to enterprise, but also will bring the risk, too. We can say it is a double-edged sword. Diversification strategy should be based on corporation＇ s key competitiveness, etc.
