压力性尿失禁耻尾肌组织形态与α肌动蛋白的相关性

摘要 目的探讨耻尾肌组织中α肌动蛋白(-αactin)含量与发生压力性尿失禁(SUI)的关系。方法收集34例SUI患者(SUI组)及30例Ⅰa-Ⅰb期宫颈癌患者(对照组),均于术中取耻尾肌标本,用免疫组织化学方法检测肌肉中-αactin的含量。结果患者耻尾肌中-αactin含量SUI组为(0.2563±0.04)、对照组为(1.3387±0.14),2组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论SUI的发生可能与耻尾肌组织中-αactin含量减少所导致的盆底肌肉退行性改变有关。 Objective To investigate the α-actin status in pelvic organ muscle, to detect the alteration of collagen ultrastructure in pelvic organ muscle and to explore whether the alteration can contribute to stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Methods The samples were obtained from 34 subjects of stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and 30 subjects of Ⅰ α- Ⅰ b cervical cancer in opertion. The change of α-actin filament was examined by immunocytochemistry. Results The mean concentration of α-actin was significantly lower in the patients with SUI(0. 2563±0.04), compared to the control group(1. 3387±0.14, P〈0.01). Conclusion The disarrngment of the actin filament and the reduction of α-actin may contribute to stress urinary incontinence.
