摘要
预算管理是企业管理的核心内容,也是被现代企业证明行之有效的管理系统。与此同时,预算不仅仅被看作是企业财务运营管理层面的管理工具,更是被当作企业财务战略实现的一种有效手段。因此,如何认识并强化预算管理,并由此而产生管理效益,是检验现代企业管理科学化的重要标志之一。
Budgetary management is a core content of enterprise management, and it is too a management system that was prived is effectual. At the same time, budget is not only regarded as a management tool of enterprise financial operation management, but also an effectual means of enterprise financial strategy realization. So hou to recognize and strengthen budgetary management, and it produces the management efficiency which is an important sign that tests modem enterprise management science.
