摘要
民营企业属于个体私营企业的体制范畴。因此,民营企业的兴起,得益于我国改革开放基本国策的实施。20年来,民营企业得到了快速发展,对整个国民经济的贡献很大,但是民营企业在发展过程中也存在不少问题。长远看,在我国的社会主义市场经济迈入一个新的世纪的时候,关注民营企业的生存和发展,对我国的社会主义市场经济能否最终取得辉煌成就,实现经济强国的目标,尤其显得意义深远而重大。
Private enterprises belong to the system of organization of individual operated enterprises. Therefore, the prosperity of private enterprises were beneficial from the effectuation of basic policy of reformation and openness. In recent 20 years, private enterprises developed very fast, but there are lots of problems in development of private enterprises, In long term, when the socialism market economy is going to a new century, confronting the changeable an dazziling economical global sight and new technological reformation, focus on the existence and development of private enterprises, it is important and significantl for the achievement of socialism market economy and the effectuation of economical powerful country. The article is divided into 3 parts, and describes the strategy of development.
