摘要
知识管理能给企业带来巨大帮助,但前提是有效地实施知识管理。目前,中国有许多企业实施了知识管理,但大多数都以失败告终,这其中存在许多的问题,最重要的是没有建立合理的知识贡献的评价机制和激励机制,因而也就不能在企业中形成乐于分享知识的文化氛围。马斯洛需求理论,针对不同层次的员工采用不同的激励措施。由于很难对知识作定量的分析,因此,采用模糊数学的综合评价模型,先对知识作定性的判断,再借此模型转化为定量的数据,在综合评价模型中采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。
Knowledge management can bring enormous help to enterprise, but the prerequisite must be correctly implementation of knowledge management. Nowadays, many companies in China have implement KM, but the great majority all end in failure. There are many problems, and the most important one is the lack of rational appraisal mechanism and incentive mechanism. Many of them have not formed the ambience of sharing knowledge to each other. Based on Maslow~ theory, this paper adopts different incentive measures to personnel in different hierarchies. Because it is very difficuh to make quantitative analysis for knowledge, this paper adopts Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to transform qualitative data to quantitative data. And it adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process to confirm the weight of every index.
