摘要
为实现协同环境下的预装配,归纳了装配的不同阶段所需的模型和信息,给出了以装配结为关键项的装配信息表达,提出了面向功能的预装配知识库的提取和组织,引用令牌传递概念,规范装配设计成员协同行为。分析了装配冲突类型,给出了6步骤冲突界定和消解方法。在此基础上,以可扩展标记语言方式传递知识、以虚拟现实建模语言表达装配体模型、以命令/参数格式传递装配操作,通过预装配中的路径规划,以消解装配形状冲突为例,验证了协同预装配系统。
To realize preassembly in collaborative environment, models and information needed for different assembly phases were generalized. An assembly information model, organized in a form of assembly knot, was described. Extraction and organization of a function--oriented assembly repository was also presented. The token ring idea was introduced to restrict collaborative activities of assembly design members. In addition, assembly conflict types were analyzed and a six-- step assembly conflict-- resolution illustration was brought forward. Based on the above primary technologies, the collaborative preassembly system was developed successfully, in which assembly model in an expression of Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML), assembly repository in eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and assembly operation in command/parameter. Simultaneously, a preassembly instance was used to illustrate how to solve component contour's conflicts in assembly route layout process.
