摘要
目的:利用近红外光谱法对六味地黄丸模拟样品中熊果酸的含量进行测定。方法:利用HPLC测定样品中熊果酸的含量,并通过偏最小二乘、主成分分析-BP神经网络、小波变换-BP神经网络对数据进行处理并建立模型。结果:db4小波、偏最小二乘以及主成分分析-BP神经网络法对熊果酸含量预测回收率分别为100.1%,100.7%,100.6%,RSD分别为6.52%,5.42%,6.49%。结论:近红外光谱法对熊果酸含量预测结果较好,为中药生产过程的在线、无损定量分析提供了依据。
Objective: Determine the content of ursolic acid of Liuwei Dihuangwan. Method:Using NIR with PLS, PCABPANN and WT-BPANN. Result: The predication recovery were 100. 7%, 100. 6%, 100. 1%, and the RSD were 5.42% ,6. 49%, 6. 52% respectively. Conclusion: NIR can be used in the determination of ursolic acid, which set up the foundation of on-line control of traditional Chinese medicine.
