摘要
文章介绍了食品生物化学双语教学实践,指出双语教学存在的一些不足,提出专业课双语教学必须紧密结合学生的实际情况,把学生学习效果作为教学质量的主要评估标准。
In this paper the practice of bilingual teaching in major courses for "food biochemistry" is introduced in detail and the problems in "bilingual education" were explored. It indicates that bilingual teaching in major courses must be connected with the students' capability. The undergraduates' response should be'the important evaluation criterion for bilingual teaching.
