摘要
竞技体育后备人才是竞技体育可持续发展的基础,广东省是我国改革的前沿阵地, 亦是我国传统的竞技体育强省．该文采用访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对广东省竞技体育后备人才的学习、训练和择业意向等主要问题进行了调查研究,在此基础上提出了相应的对策．
The reserve talents of athletic sports are the basis of sustainable development of athletic sports. Guangdong Province is not only the fronting place of reform and opening-up, but also a powerful province of the traditional athletic sports in our country. The thesis, employing such research methods as interview, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, analyses learning, training and occupation predisposition of reserve talents of athletic sports in Guangdong Province, puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures.
