摘要
循环经济在我国提出有着深厚的现实背景和内在理论根源,其特有的生态安全价值在现代应当被予以更多的重视,结合国内外循环经济的法律保障机制考察,提出循环经济法的本土研究路径、关联政策导向和循环经济法本体、财政税收、产业宏观调控三大法律问题。
The raising of circular economy in China is based on her actual circumstances and some theoretical foundations. More importance should be attached to its special ecological values. Based on an investigation into the legal security mechanisms of circular economy, this paper suggests some domestic ways of studying circular economy, the orientation of relevant policies, and the legal issues of circular economy, finance and taxation, and industrial macro-control.
