GIF基因在小鼠中枢神经系统中的表达

摘要 本实验目的是探索G IF接种在脑内进行中枢神经系统疾病基因治疗的可行性.方法是用适量的G IF-GFP融合蛋白腺病毒载体直接注入c57小鼠脑内,3天、7天、28天、60天后分别用显微镜观察脑切片,结果发现G IF-GFP融合蛋白在脑中有表达且安全稳定.实验结果表明利用G IF进行中枢神经系统疾病的基因治疗是可行的. The aim of this experiment is to explore GIF inoculability's feasibility of gene treatment of nerve center syslem disease in the brain. The proper amount of GIF - GFP fusion protein adenovirus vector were directly injected into c57 mice's brain and the brain slices were made after 3 days, 7 days, 28 days and 60 days. As a result, we find that GIF : GFP fusion protein express itself safely and steadily in the brain. The result shows that it is feasible to cure the disease of nerve center system using GIF.
