摘要
合成了一个未见文献报道的化合物———2-氨基-5-(2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑)-1,3,4-噁二唑,该化合物以葡萄糖为原料,经过葡萄糖脎氧化关环得到(2-苯基-1,2,3-三唑)-4-甲醛(c),然后(c)与盐酸氨基脲反应,得到缩氨基脲,再用溴氧化得目标化合物.该化合物的结构经MS1、H NMR和X-ray证实,并测定了其荧光光谱,由于三唑环的引入,形成一个大的共轭体系,其荧光光谱显示发射峰红移.
A new compound of 2 - amino- 5 - (2 - phenyl - 1,2,3 - triazol) -- 1,3,4 - oxadiazole was synthesized from D-glucose. The target molecule was obtained after several steps. The structure was comfirmed by MS, 1H NMR, elementary analysis and X-ray. Its fluorescence property was tested. The fluorescent emission of the target molecule appeared at 387nm, stronger than 2-amino-5-phenyl -1,3,4-oxadiazole.
