摘要
目的通过观察过山枫乙醇提取物对大鼠胶原诱导性关节炎模型的作用,探讨过山枫治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效和免疫作用机制。方法制作类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型,观察药物对其炎症、免疫系统等方面影响。结果醇提大剂量组淋巴细胞增殖作用显著高于模型组。关节软骨内MMP-3、TIMP-1和MMP-3/TIMP-1模型组与正常组之间存在显著性差异。结论过山枫乙醇提取物具有抗炎、调节免疫的药理作用。
Aim To explore the anti-rheumatoid arthritis effect and immune mechanism of GSF ethanol extract, by observe the effect of GSF ethanol extract on the collagen-induced arthritis model in rats. Methods First a collagen-induced arthritis model was in rats, and created then the immune system of the model rats was observed after GSF ethanol extract treatment. Results The ratio of rats＇ lymphocyte proliferation in the GSF ethanol extract high dose group was higher than at of the control group. The content of MMP-3, TIMP-1 and MMP-3/TIMP-1 in the rats＇articular cartilage of the GSF ethanol extract high dose group was lower than those of the control group. Conclusions GSF ethanol extract has the significant anti-inflammatory effect while being able to being adjust to the immune system.
