摘要
科学发展观对图书馆人的启示主要体现在人本思想和全面、协调、可持续的发展观念两个方面。坚持以人为本要通过加强读者研究、开展读者培训,扩大开放程度、简化服务环节,关注弱势群体、推行无偿服务来实现;同时图书馆还要进一步强化服务职能,全面提升工作人员的综合素质,从而推动图书馆事业全面、协调、持续发展。
The enlightenment to the librarians from scientific outlook on development mainly derives from the following two aspects——the sense being human-oriented, and having complete, coordinate and continuous development. The first can be realized by means of studying readers, training readers, expanding service scope and simplifying service procedures, etc. The latter can be achieved by further reinforcing the service function and raising the comprehensive quality of the staff.
