摘要
在满足曲柄存在条件和传动性能要求条件下,以曲柄连杆机构已知运动规律与实际运动规律之间的偏差最小为优化目标,建立了模糊优化设计的数学模型。针对传统的优化方法寻优过程容易陷入局部最优解的问题,采用M atlab软件的遗传算法工具箱寻求问题最优解,提高了设计精度和搜索效率。
By satisfying with the conditions of crank existing and transmission property, the maths model in fuzzy design optimization was set up which is to minimize the windage between movement law required and actual of crank - rocker mechanism. Aimed at the problems of low efficiency and local optimum in traditional optimization methods, Genetic Algorithm and Direct Search Toolbox of Matlab software were adopted to solve the optimization model, so that the optimization process was simplified and global optimum was acquired reliably.
