摘要
以不同类型银催化剂动力学方程为基础,对乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷气固相反应中气流主体与银催化剂表面间的外扩散浓度差、温度差以及外扩散效率因子进行了数值计算。计算结果表明,银催化剂床层空隙率的减小或操作空速的增加有利于减弱该催化反应过程中外扩散效应的影响。
The concentration and temperature gradient between gas phase and the surface of supported silver catalyst, as well as the efficiency factor of external diffusion during the ethylene oxidation for epoxy ethane process in a fixed bed reactor was simulated numerically based on various kinetic equations related with silver catalysts. The obtained results showed that the effect of external diffusion could be slackened by the decrease of fixed-bed voidage and the increase of space velocity.
