摘要
农业是祖国大陆较早利用台商直接投资的一个重要领域。台商直接投资祖国大陆农业经历了一个由隐蔽投资向公开投资、由短期试探性投资向长期稳定性投资、由单一小型投资向多元中大型投资的发展过程,并呈现出一些显著的特点,同时也还面临着许多问题,需要采取有效对策来促进其健康发展。
Agriculture is an important industry which received the TDI （Taiwan Direct Investment） to Mainland in the early times. The developing process of TDI to mainland agriculture has experienced a process of from the hiding investment to the public investment, the short-term exploratory nature investment to the long-term stability investment, the sole small investment to multi-center and large-scale investment, and presents some remarkable characteristics. At the same time, we also realize that there are many problems in the process, and we need to take effective countermeasures to promote its healthy development.
