摘要
测定了云南正常人５１５例１０３０眼的角膜前屈光力，结果显示：水平径线角膜前屈光力土为（４２．８２１士０．０４６）Ｄ；垂直径线前角膜前屈光力为（４３．３１５＋０．０４７）Ｄ；水平径线与垂直两径线间及性别间测定值存在显著差异，同性别间左右眼无显著差异；随年龄增大，角膜前屈光力呈减少趋势。正常人生理性散光为０．４９４Ｄ，９２．０２％分布在０．２５～１．００Ｄ之间，以顺规性散光为主。
The keratometric value was measured in 515
cases(l030 eyes)among normalpeople in Yunnan Province. As a result,the horizontal corneal
refractive power was(42. 82l ±0.046)D while the vertical corneal refractive power was(43.315±
0.047)D;the keratometrywas significantly different between the horizontal and the vertical, and
between males and fe-males; and no marked difference was observed between left and right
eyes of the same sex. Thekeratometric value decreased with age. The physiological corneal
astigmatism in a normal personwas 0.494 D, with 92.02%distributed between 0.25 D and l.00 D,
and with direct astigma-tism being predominant.
