摘要
我们用放射免疫分析法测定３２例正常人及１１８例糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平。结果显示糖尿病患者血浆内皮素浓度较正常人明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；有血管并发症者血浆内皮素升高更为明显。直线相关分析表明，糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平与其平均动脉压及血管并发症的多少呈正相关（ｒ分别为０．３０及０．４５，Ｐ均＜０．０１），而与其空腹血糖，糖基化血红蛋白，Ｃ－肽及尿白蛋白排泄率无明显相关性。以上结果表明糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平升高与其血管并发症的发生发展有密切关系。
Plasma levels of endothelin(ET) have been measured by radioimmunoassay in 118 diabetic patients and 32 healthy subjects. The plasma ET concentrations were found to be greatly elevated in the diabetic patients compared with the healthy subjects(P< 0.01). The patients with diabetic angiopathy had a higher plasma levels of ET than uncomplicated patients. There were significant correlations between plasma levels and the mean arterial pressure and diabetic angiopathy. The results show that in diabetic patients elevated ET levels may play a pathophysiological role in the development of diabetic complication.
