摘要
21世纪是网络信息时代,也是人才时代,管理的重心由客体变为主体,由物变人。作为知识、信息重要集散地的高校图书馆,正向着数字图书馆发展。在这种快速发展的时代,高校图书馆如何加强人力资源的开发与管理,以适应时代的发展,满足读者的需要,是值得研究和探讨的课题。文章主要根据目前高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理还存在的问题,探讨了加强人力资源开发与管理在高校图书馆事业持续发展中的重要性及对策。
The 21^st century is the age of talent as well as network information, the center of management transfers from object to subject, from matter to human. As the main distributing center of knowledge and information, the higher school library is developing digitally. At the fast -developing age, how to strengthen the development and management of human resource to adapt to the development of age and to meet readers' demand deserves studying and exploring. According to the existing problems in the development and management of human resource, the article explores the importance and strategies of strengthening the development and management of human resource in higher school's continuing development.
