摘要 介绍采用便携式超声自动化扫描成像检测技术对火电厂发电机组蒸汽管道焊缝进行在役无损检测。人工模拟缺陷试样和现场检测结果表明,采用自动扫描多维投影成像方法,结合A,C和P扫描成像可以准确判断缺陷的位置、大小、分布和取向等特征,使缺陷识别的准确性和检测可靠性明显提高。 A new nondestructive evaluation technique by using multiple-view ultrasonic imaging based on mobile automated scanning system has been used to the inspection of pipe welds in-service in steam power plant. The experimental and applied results have shown that defect characteristics, for examples, its location, distribution and orientation, etc, can be exhibited well in the multiple ultrasonic A, C and P-scan images. Detectable probability and reliability of finding defects can be improved remarkably by using the multiple-view ultrasonic imaging based on mobile automated scanning system.
