摘要
如何加强护生的素质教育,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的复合型的护理人才,是一项具有深远意义的重大课题。本文对创新、素质教育进行了探索,通过一系列的讲座、教学方法及教学管理的改革,层次教育策略的实施,在素质教育中融入创新教育内容,将素质教育贯穿于临床教学的全过程,使护生的理论与实践相结合,集体指导与个体参与相结合,取得了较好的效果。
It is great work to train compound nursing personnel by improving quality education on nursing students. The innovation and quality education were discussed in the essay. The improvement of the methods and management of teaching and studing made quality education ideas into the course of the clinic teaching and studing ,and good effects were yield.
