摘要
远程图像传输技术在目前军队后勤保障的应用范围越来越广泛,对于军队后勤的可视化建设起着十分重要的作用。采用了一种满足窄带条件下远程图像传输要求的图像编码方法,提出了一个通过GoTa数字集群通信系统进行远程图像传输的方案,并对其稳定性、安全性等指标进行了详细的分析。探索了远程图像传输技术在军事应用中存在的问题和改进的方法,为构建适合军队后勤保障的远程图像传输系统提供了科学依据。
At present, the technology of tele - video transmission is widely used and plays an important role in the visual construction of military logistics. This paper chooses one of video cedecs, which could satisfy the requirements demanded by tele - video transmission in the narrow - band conditions, raises a project of tele - video transmission through GoTa system, and analyzes in detail its stability, security and so on. It explores the problems in its application in military affairs, the ways of improvement and provides the scientific guide to designing a tele - video transmission system that suits military logistics.
