摘要 介绍了一种利用振动信号分析仪测试叶片静频率的新方法,并通过某厂1号汽轮机叶片静频率的现场测试数据,进行了叶片振动特性及安全性分析。试验结果表明该机最末3级叶片(组)在工作转速下运行时是安全的。 A new method to test the stationary frequency of the blades by using the vibration signal analyzer had been presented in this paper. The blades' characteristics of vibration and their security had been analyzed through the stationary frequency tested on the spot from the blades of the No. 1 turbine in some power plant. The results of the test showed that the turbine' s blades of its final three stages ( stage groups ) were safe when they were in operation with the working rotating speed.
