摘要
目的介绍置胃管术的一些实用性技巧。方法回顾笔者近年置胃管术的经验。结果对不同病人、不同的具体情况,针对性采取多种相应措施可顺利置胃管。结论置胃管术的过程中需要仔细观察病人的反应,体会操作时的感受,分析所遇到的问题及解决办法,才能保证成功并尽可能减少对病人的不良刺激。
Objective To introduce some practicability skill of setting up gastric tube. Methods Summing-up the writer＇s experience of setting up gastric tube in 2 years. Results According to the different patients and different condition ,we set up with correspondence measures. Conclusion we should observe carefully the patients response , comprehend the feeling operation in the process, analysis the problem and explore the methods for the problems.
