摘要
在科学与人文日益融合的今天,人们对优秀教师的评价标准提出了更高的要求。优秀教师不仅要有扎实的专业基础知识和精湛的教学技能和艺术以及骄人的业绩,还要具备丰厚的以人文知识的内涵为基础,以人文精神为核心的人文素养。本文阐述了做好一名优秀专业教师的经验和体会。
With the combination of science and cultural activities in human society, the criteria for top teachers are getting higher and higher than ever before. Such teachers shall be well qualified for their jobs which are marked not only with their solid foundation of professional vocational knowledge, excellent teaching skills and outstanding achievements, but also with their humane attainments on the base of assimilating rich knowledge of humanities. In this article, the author introduced the experiences of being an excellent specialized teacher.
