摘要
目前,我国小城镇建筑内外墙体仍以粘土砖为主,混凝土空心砌块为辅。混凝土空心砌块属非粘土质新型墙材产品,用于建筑围护结构热工性能差,容重大是较突出的问题。植物纤维石膏渣空心砌块容重为450kg/m^3~1000kg/m^3,导热系数为0.12W/m·k~0.135W/m·k,作为建筑围护结构不仅容重轻,节约基础用材,且单一材料即可满足建筑节能50%的要求。为小城镇绿色住宅建设就近提供了环保墙材,既可降低生产成本,又能保护耕地,节约能源。其技术、经济、社会效益均十分显著。
Nowadays, both internal and external walls are mainly used chamotte as basic material and Concrete hollow block as auxiliary material in the Chinese small towns eoustruetion. Concrete hollow block is a new kind of non-clayey wall material product. When it is used in enclosure structure, there are two disadvantages: the bad thermal characteristics and the heavy unit weight. As for enhanced block with plant fiber and gesso masonry hollow block, its unit weight is 450kg/m^3 - 1000kg/m^3; its eoeffieiant of thermal conductivity is 0.12W/m.k- 0.135W/m.k. If used in anelosure structure, the straw gypsum masonry wall hollow block will not only reduce the unit weight and save materi- als, but also save 500 energy. So the straw gypsum masonry wall hollow block can supply wall materials of environmental protection for healthy and friendly housing in small towns. It can lower the production cost, protect cultivated areas and save energy at the same time. Its teehnieal, economic and social advantages are obvious.
