摘要
ZYQI型超强防蜡降黏增油器主要用来清除抽油井中油管、杆的结蜡。采用了涡流、射流、声波振荡技术为一体的新技术,通过消除原生态产液局部富集、偏聚、偏流、偏析状态,达到防蜡、降黏、节能、增油的目的。通过3口井的试验结果表明,平均延长洗井周期5倍以上,平均增液27.09%,平均增油16.15%,吨产液节电达18.09%。该产品安全性能、环保性能和工艺衔接性能良好,技术经济效益显著,具有重要推广应用价值。
To eliminate the paraffin on the pumping rod and tubing for pumping wells,We developed a new type oil increase apparatus. By eliminating the aliquation,driftage and local enrichment of liquid, this apparatus had the following functions, such as paraffin control, viscosity breaking, energy saving and oil production increasing. Field tests on 3 wells shows that the average purge period will be prolonged by 5 times. The average oil increase rate is 16.15, and energy saving rate is 18.09. There is brilliant prospect for popularization of apparatus.
