摘要
通过建筑工程中混凝土抗压强度的数据收集,对混凝土强度的质量控制方法分别采用了静态直方图分析法及动态单值-移动极差法.静态分析法对混凝土强度的结果评定具有直观,简易特点,由于各种不确定因素的影响,随着混凝土拆模时间的不同,相同的混凝土设计强度,当混凝土强度的保证率系数t值改变时,混凝土强度的保证率也发生相应的变化.单值控制法旨在对混凝土强度质量的过程进行检验,当移动极差Rs>5.0 MPa时,施工中应调整混凝土材料的质量及骨料的含水量变化,当组内极差Rm>2.5 MPa,应检查混凝土试块的制作方法及模具是否产生变形.
The data of resistant to stress of concrete strength has been collected in construction engineering. The static state to keep the square diagram analysis method and the dynamic state single value respectively-move very bad method have been adopted in quality control of the concrete strength. The assessment using static state analysis method has advantages of direct perception on the concrete strength as well as simple. Under the same concrete design strength, the molds are dismantled with different time will resulted in changing of assurance rate of the concrete strength corresponding to the changing of assurance rate coefficient t, because of the influence of various uncertainties. The single value control method aims verifying the process of concrete strength quality, when Rs〉5.0 MPa, the quality and bone of the concrete material to anticipate of contain the amount of water variety should be adjusted, while Rm〉2.5 MPa, the creation method and the possibility of molding tool deformation should be checked.
