摘要 采用盲孔法对某大型耐压壳废弃壳圈环焊缝及两个模拟模型进行焊接残余应力测试,结果表明,焊接残余应力普遍较大,mises应力超过0.50σs的测点约占2/3左右,另有10%-20%的测点mises应力超过0.8σs,接近屈服极限. The welding residual stresses in girth weld of a scrap large pressure hull and in two simulative models are measured by blind-hole method. The result shows the welding residual stress is very high. There are about 2/3 of the measuredpoints whose mises stress is over 0. 5 σs, and other 10% -20% whose mises stress is over 0.8σs, which is near the yield limit.
