摘要
在修复一段炉过渡段保温材料时,由于停车检修时间较长,一段炉炉膛及过渡段降温较彻底,造成一段炉催化剂无法保温。为此采用一段炉先点火的升温方法,可提前恢复生产8h,取得了满意的效果。
When the insulating materials in the transition section of the primary reformer are repaired, because of the long shut down time for overhaul, the hearth of the reformer and the transition section cool down thoroughly so that it is impossible to keep thermal insulation of the catalyst in the primary reformer. To this end, the method of ignition in advance of the reformer for warm-up is employed, and production can be resumed 8 h earlier, with satisfactory results.
