以肌苷为原料,通过乙酰化、氯化、氨解得到腺苷,总收率≥50%。
A new synthetic method of adenosine from inosine was reported. Firstly, inosine reacted with acetic anhydride to produce 2', 3', 5'-Triacetylinosine ; 2', 3', 5'-Triacetylinosine reacted with Vilsmeier reagent to produce 6-chloro-2', 3', 5'-Triacetyl-9-β-D- ribo furanosyl-purine, then the product was treated with NH3- CH3OH to produced adenosine.The total yield was up to 50%.
