摘要
就金属化薄膜电容器卷制工艺中张力控制作了探讨。通过对实验后的数据加以分析,根据不同规格、不同厚度的金属化薄膜,在卷绕过程中对张力进行优化控制,能进一步提高产品电性能。
This paper describes the winding tension control of the winding machine in processing metallized films to make capacitors. With analyzing experimental results, it may set the optimum winding tension value of the winding machine depending on the film size and thickness , the electrical quality of the finished capacitor can be improved.
