Digital library is the higher phase of library automatization development and represents the library＇s future. This paper introduces the concept, the characteristic and the function of digital library, elaborates the necessity and possibility of constructing digital library of police colleges and universities, proposes the countermeasures of constructing digital library of police colleges and universities,3 refs.
