摘要
针对蛋形消化池结构受力的复杂性、特殊性及结构本身的尺寸限制,提出了沿环向与子午向配筋和沿45°倾斜方向配筋两种预应力设计方案,通过对两种方案的比较,确定了沿环向与子午向配筋方案,该方案较好地解决了蛋形消化池结构在各种受力工况下的使用要求,能很好地满足预应力体系对结构构造的要求。
Considering egg-shaped digester tanks on mechanical complexity and limit of dimensions, two different prestressing methods are presented for laying prestressing tendons on longitude, latitude and 45 degree. Based on the comparison of the two methods, a scheme of laying prestressing tendons is drawn on longitude and latitude. The scheme can satisfy the workability of egg-shaped digester tanks on different working conditions and the requirements of construction.
