摘要
固定总价合同是工程施工合同的一种方式,由于它自身特点,所以要认真对待施工中可能出现的各种风险。文章通过分析固定总价合同的特点,结合淮南洞山东路顶进立交桥项目对其施工方案设计在固定总价合同风险控制中的运用进行探讨。
Fixed-total-cost contract is one of the engineering contracts, and due to its features, the possible risks in construction should be taken seriously. Through the analysis of the features of fixed-total-cost contract, the thesis takes the overpass project of the East Dongshan Road of Huainan City to discuss the application of the construction scheme to the risk control of fixed-total-cost contract.
