摘要
在分析了某大型武器装备系统复杂庞大、使用可靠性能要求高和故障检测困难的基础上,提出一种基于嵌入式无线检测技术的在线监测与故障诊断的解决方案。方案中上位机与各下位机之间通过无线网络传递信号与命令,且下位机固定于装备上,从而避免了上位机与各下位机之间的大量电缆连接,实现了诊断系统的小型化和智能化。利用模式识别与神经网络等方法对检测数据进行分析处理,实现了设备工作状态的自动识别和快速准确的故障检测与定位。
On the base of analyzing the complexity, difficulty of fault diagnosis and exigent reliability of some large weapons, a scheme of online detection and diagnosis based on wireless embedded system is introduced. The slave units (embedded system) are bound on the equipment, and the data and command information between the host unit and slave units are communicated via wireless local net, so the connection cables are needless and the diagnosis system comes to be miniatured and intelligentzed. Auto-recognition of working state, fault diagnosis and fast and accurate fault diagnosis and positioning are realized by analyzing the collected data combining with the technology of pattern recognition and neural network.
