摘要
探讨了苏氨酸对小鼠免疫机能的影响。试验采用灌服不同浓度苏氨酸水溶液,然后检测小鼠循环抗体、脾T淋巴细胞转化、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能以及红细胞的花环率。试验结果表明:1.5mmol/kg和3.0mmol/kg组小鼠体内循环抗体的含量分别出现显著性(P<0.05)与极显著性(P<0.01)高于对照组;脾T淋巴细胞的转化功能均显著性高于对照组(P<0.05);苏氨酸对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及红细胞免疫功能的影响程度较弱(P>0.05)。可以看出,苏氨酸能增强小鼠的免疫功能,在实验所设计的剂量范围内呈剂量依赖性升高。
This paper studies the effects of threonine on immunity in mice.Mice were infused with threonine solution.Circular antibody,transformation of spleen T lymphocyte,phagocytosis of macrophage,and red blood cell floral hoop rate were detected.The results show that the level of circular antibody in control group mice is lower than those in mice from 1.5mmol/kg group(P<0.05)and 3.0mmol/kg group(P<0.01).Transformation rates of spleen T lymphocyte in mice from the two experiment groups are higher than that in control group mice(P<0.05).Threonine insignificantly improves phagocytosis of macrophage and red blood cell floral hoop rate in mice(P>0.05).So,threonine can improve immune function of mice in a dose-dependent manner.
