摘要 介绍了一种新开发的重力沉降澄清器,该沉降器在重力沉降中引入水力作用来提高沉降速度和强化澄清作用.介绍了设备的结构,讨论了沉降器的工作原理.介绍了该沉降器用于甘蔗制糖厂无滤布真空吸滤机滤汁的快速澄清,应用结果表明:蔗汁在沉降器的停留时间为10.6 min,单位占地面积最大处理量为13.9 m3/m2h,澄清汁浊度与中和清汁浊度之差为后者之3.6%,滤汁浊度去除率为64%,简纯度提高1.9% A novel gravity settling clarifier incorporating hydraulic effects to enhance the settling rate was developed. The configuration of the clarifier was described in details. The working principle of the clarifier as well as the mechanics of the hydraulic effects were demonstrated and discussed. The clarification of the filtrate from the non-cloth vacuum filter in the Chinese sugar mills was reported ,where the residence time of the juice in the clarifier was 10. 6 minutes,the maximum unit floor space throughput was 13.9 m3/m2h. ,the turbidity difference between clarified filtrate and clarified juice was 3.6% of the turbidity of the clarified juice,and the turbidity of the filtrate was reduced by 64% ,the purity increased by 1.9% (A. P. ).
