摘要
目的通过X线投影测量技术,对应用MBT滑动直丝弓矫治器治疗后的安氏Ⅱ1类拔牙病例进行前牙转矩及磨牙水平支抗方面等的观察分析。方法选择12例安氏Ⅱ1类拔牙病例,前牙深覆盖及深覆牙合,并伴有不同程度的上下牙拥挤,均拔出4个第一双尖牙,采用MBT滑动直丝弓矫治器进行治疗。结果上下切牙牙根分别后移2.51 mm及2.55 mm;上下磨牙分别前移3.69 mm和4.12 mm。结论MBT滑动直丝弓矫治器对于拔牙病例内收前牙有着很好的转矩控制;在应用直丝弓矫治器治疗拔牙病例时,磨牙水平向支抗的控制同样重要。
Objective To determine mainly the torque of anterior teeth and control anchorage of molars in the class Ⅱ^1 malocclusion with extraction treated with MBT appliances. Methods 12 class Ⅱ1 patienis with deep overjet and overbite;and diffrent crowding. All patients were treated by extraction of four first bicuspids and with MBT technique, Results the apexes of the upper and lower anterior teeth have been retruded for 2.51 mm and 2.55 mm ;upper and lower first molars teeth have been protruded for3.69 mm and 4, 12 mm. Conclusion MBT appliance can control the torque of anterior teeth very well when the anterior teeth were moved posteriorly in the cases of extraction ; the control anchorage of molars in level is also very important .
